Day one: import the sheet you already have

GlowTMS is meant to replace the spreadsheet without making you retype it. The Import Center turns a carrier’s existing files into reviewed records, and ships with templates for common cases, including a factoring pipeline for backfilling loads, invoices and factor remittances.

How a run works

1. Choose a published template and upload up to 20 matching files.
2. GlowTMS parses them and sorts every row into ready, needs review, invalid or possible duplicate.
3. Reviewers correct values, acknowledge warnings, pick a driver, truck or unit from the roster, and decide what to do with each exact duplicate: skip, update the existing record, or create a new one with a reason.
4. Each confirmed row commits on its own. If any part of a row fails, the whole row rolls back.

Fuzzy matches are shown as advice and are never selected for you.

AI drafts; humans approve

AI extraction is optional. When it is on, its output is treated as an untrusted proposal and re-validated after every edit. It can suggest a draft load or fill in fields from a document. It never sends an invoice, approves a settlement or moves money. Those always take an explicit action by a person with permission.

An organization can bring its own AI provider key. GlowTMS seals it on the server and shows only a four-character hint in the browser.

Backfills in reviewed batches

When you bring over a history of factored loads, bulk previews let you review a batch once for delivery and once for cash receipt, instead of row by row. Each row’s figures are fingerprinted at preview, and GlowTMS refuses the batch if anything changed underneath it.
