The GlowTMS driver app is what a driver carries in the cab. Sign in with the account your carrier set up, see the loads assigned to you, stamp arrival and departure at each stop, photograph the signed delivery paperwork and send it, and read your own truck settlement statements.
Get the app
Your carrier gives you access to the GlowTMS driver app along with your sign-in. Ask your dispatcher or carrier administrator if you have not received it.
What you can do
Loads
- See your open loads and the last 30 days, newest pickup first, and page back to older loads.
- Open a load for its stops in order, its documents and its notes.
- Check in and Check out at each stop. Those times drive the carrier’s detention calculation.
Proof of delivery
- Photograph the signed BOL or POD, or pick it from your files, and send it to the load.
- The office sees it on the load right away, so the invoice can go out the same day.
Pay
- Read your truck settlement statements, the same statements the office approves.
Location
- Share my location sends one location to dispatch when you tap it. The app does not track you in the background.
What the app does not do
The driver app is not an ELD and does not log hours of service. It has no dispatch, invoicing or rate screens. You see rate confirmations only when your carrier chooses to share them with you.
Your account
- You work for exactly one carrier in the app. Your carrier creates your account; there is no self sign-up.
- If you were given a temporary password, the app asks you to choose your own before anything else.
- You see only the loads assigned to you, enforced by the database, not just hidden in the app.
