Why we built it
Small carriers plan loads in one spreadsheet and settle drivers in another. Invoices go out days after the POD comes in, settlement disputes wear down driver trust, compliance dates slip, and nobody knows the margin on a load until the quarter is over. GlowTMS feels like the sheet you already use, and handles the parts a spreadsheet can't: turning a rate con into a draft load, invoicing on delivery, working with your factor, and settling every truck with statements that add up.
